for goal-setting , it is critical that you understand how your mind works through the goal-setting process.
Provided is a clear understanding of the three theoretical terms given to the mind, they are
the Conscious Mind,
the Subconscious Mind and the Creative Subconscious
Mind. You will discover why you act and react the way you do when
you set goals that create tension between the way things currently are and the way you want things to be- the NEW
YOU! You will learn about the importance of the Reticular Activating System (RAS). What is it and how does it
work?

and peform in accordance with your beliefs. How were your belief's formed? How do they affect you? How do you
